I am a native of the Charlotte area having grown up in Concord.  After graduating from NC State University, with a BA degree in Business Management and a BA degree in Economics, I moved back to the area and began my career in the late 1980's as a custom home builder in Charlotte.  Since that time, I also founded a Property Management Company which was sold in 2009 and in 2013, I sold my interest in Caromark Building Group, LLC, an unlimited license general contracting firm which I founded in 2007.  Since obtaining my Real Estate license in 2005, I have worked in the market buying and selling investment property for personal business, investors as well as for Caromark.  I now bring that experience to the field of general brokerage with Rinehart Realty as both a listing agent as well as a buyer specialist.
