One of the most common mistakes that buyers suffer is the pitfall of DIY, thinking they can get a better deal by going directly to the seller or seller's agent when buying a home.  The reason the seller has an agent is to provide professional representation and knowledge of the process.  You wouldn't go into court without an attorney would you?  So why would you try to buy a house without the representation of a Buyer Specialist to aid you in your decision making?  And, keep in mind, my services are absolutely free to you!
